By proactively coordinating with other trades, we ensure a seamless workflow, allowing our installation process to proceed smoothly and efficiently.

Exhaust Hoods & Wall Flashing

At Just Better Installs, we specialize in expert-level installation of both Type 1 and Type 2 hoods. Our services often include bundling stainless steel wall flashing installation behind the hoods, extending +18 inches on the left and right sides where applicable. It’s important to note that our hood installation process strictly adheres to the manufacturer’s or engineer’s specifications, focusing on the hanging of the hood itself, while all final connections are handled by other parties.

Welding-Polishing-Fabrication

At Just Better Installs, welding and polishing services are available as optional additions to all projects unless specifically requested during the quoting phase or indicated in shop drawings. We prioritize transparency and ensure that any additional services are clearly communicated and agreed upon before implementation.

Fabrication services are available upon request at Just Better Installs. We collaborate with various reputable fabrication shops throughout the Central Florida area and can likely fulfill your requirements. In the rare event that we can’t provide what you need, rest assured that we can guide you to other reliable sources who can assist you.

Warehousing and Delivery

Just Better Installs takes pride in our expansive 5,000-square-foot warehouse situated in Leesburg, Florida. While our warehousing capabilities are suitable, we encourage clients to request warehouse services at the time of their quote request. Our warehouse features a towering 35-foot ceiling and is entirely indoors, enabling us to maximize space utilization by going vertical and organizing efficiently.

Just Better Installs offers a variety of delivery options to suit your needs, ranging from 53-foot dry deck trailers to 27-foot box trucks equipped with a lift gate. We prioritize the safety and punctuality of your equipment delivery by subcontracting all deliveries to a trusted logistics company. Rest assured, your equipment will be handled with care and arrive on schedule.
